Fixed the issue where the player doesn't show up during the Charlene VIP room scene.
Set minimum targeted Android API to level 26 (Android 8.0 'Oreo'), down from Android API level 29 (Android 10). This should make the game compatible with Android phones from 2017 onwards. If we ever want to get this game on any app store, we will need to change it back to Android 10.
