🛠️ Dev Update: Priorities and Progress 📸

Hey everyone!

As promised, here’s an update on our current planning for the january launch. To be honest, it’s pretty tricky to set a definitive timeline since we’re moving as fast as we can and often reprioritize tasks based on testing.

But here’s a look at our biggest priorities right now (not exhaustive!):

🎮 Stabilizing the game: Fixing reported bugs, crashes, and optimizing overall performance.
🌍 Translations: Preparing the game for multiple languages.
📸 Photo download system: Letting you save your in-game pictures to your computer.
💾 Save system: So you can keep your progress and continue later with your friends.
🎶 Finishing sound design: Adding SFX for survivors, soldiers, and music.
🖼️ HQ map revamp: Showcasing some of your best masterpiece photos in the lobby.
🕹️ Steam Deck compatibility: Making sure you can play smoothly on it.
🔍 Investigating all your ideas, among them:
- Objects scattered around the map (some useful, some hilariously useless).
- Making exteriors feel more alive and dynamic.
- Improved customization: Adding more options and tweaking existing avatars (some are barely picked).

We’re also looking into adding Selfie Mode for the launch (fingers crossed 🤞) and will likely work on new maps and interiors next. After that, we’d love to explore adding more enemies, NPCs, and objects—but let’s not get ahead of ourselves, but as you can see the list is already pretty long for two.
