Progress Update: New Features, Big Fixes, and Exciting News!

Hello everyone! Hope you’re all doing great! Just wanted to share some news about how things are going with the game. Bruno and I have been super busy working on replayability since the last playtest.

Here's what’s new:
👾 Many more enemies! Soldiers got some upgrades too—but they’re still very much WIP.
🌆 2 new exterior maps! That makes 4 exterior locations now to explore - will work on new interiors in the coming weeks
📈 A deeper progression system. The longer you stay in NYC, the more dangerous it gets. But we’re still balancing it—right now, the first areas might be too easy. We’ll definitely need your help here because we’ve completely lost our “first-player perspective.” 😅
🛒 The shop is coming to life! Once you’ve made headlines and earned some cash, you can buy better cameras, protective gear, and other cool stuff we’ll reveal soon. 👀
🎯 Improved scoring system! It’s clearer and more fun to play with now.
Better optimization! Runs smoother
🎵 And a massive thanks to Adrien Ardilouze , who made the entire sound design of the game! Every eerie noise, tense moment, and alien scream? That’s all him. 👏
🐛 Fixed tons of bugs and collisions. Seriously, there were way too many!
…And probably a ton of other little things we’ve improved. Long story short: it’s progressing well!

ALSO Big news! We hit 4,700 wishlists on Steam 🎉
AND we are extremely honoured to have got nominated for two indie game festivals! Will share more soon.
