[Announcement] Bug fixed

From yesterday’s Server Maintenance to fix bug issues, we have detected and fixed more issues during the Server Maintenance on Wednesday. With the following update fix details as follows:

✅ Reduced black screen issues
✅ Reduced server lagging issues
✅ Fixed Belle regularly gets stuck at objects and outside the map
✅ Fixed item not displaying when open Greedy Pot
✅ Fixed Survivor cannot leave locker
✅ Soul drop position will not be through loot boxes
✅ Removed position exploitation where Survivor can walk on high platform
✅ Nymph cannot cancel animation when she enters Phase Shift
Other Adjustment
✅ Player will not be able to assign the same keybind

Our team would like to inform players that we are currently working on finding and fixing bug issues in our game. If we have made fixes and improvements to our game, our team would be announcing each progress to players through our Fanpages immediately.

Players who have investigated and found bugs or other problems, are able to notify the work team directly via email hshssupport@ygg-cg.com. By specifying the topic of your problem in the email header, such as [bug] [lost item] along with attaching a picture or description of the problem.

จากการปิดปรับปรุงเพื่อแก้ไขบัค จากที่ได้ทำการประกาศไปเมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ผ่านมา และได้มีการตรวจสอบเจอเพิ่มเติม
โดยในช่วงปิดปรับปรุงเซิร์ฟในวันพุธ ทีมงานได้ทำการแก้ไขตามรายละเอียดดังนี้

✅ ลดปัญหาจอดำ
✅ ลดปัญหาเซิร์ฟเวอร์กระตุก
✅ แก้บัค เบลวาร์ปติดในด่านและนอกด่านหนองน้ำ
✅ แก้บัค เปิดหม้อละโมบ 5 หม้อแต่ได้ของไม่ครบจำนวน
✅ แก้บัค เก็บวิญญาณที่ตกบนกล่องไม่ได้
✅ แก้บัค ผู้เล่นคนไม่สามารถออกจากตู้ได้
✅ แก้บัค ยกเลิกแอนิเมชั่นของตัวละครผีพรายให้ไม่สามารถแปลงร่างแล้วตีทันทีได้
✅ แก้บัค ตัวละครเดินบนกล่องได้
✅ ปรับไม่ให้สามารถ assign ปุ่มซ้ำได้

ทั้งนี้ปัญหาหลายข้อที่ทีมงานจำเป็นต้องขอเวลาผู้เล่นเพื่อทำการตรวจสอบและแก้ไข หากมีการปรับปรุงแก้ไขเสร็จเมื่อใด ทางทีมงานจะรีบแจ้งให้ทางผู้เล่นทราบทางหน้าแฟนเพจโดยทันที

สำหรับผู้เล่นที่พบปัญหาเพิ่มเติมหรือนอกเหนือจากที่ทางทีมงานได้แจ้งมา สามารถส่งอีเมล์เพื่อแจ้งปัญหาให้กับทางทีมงานโดยตรงได้ที่ hshssupport@ygg-cg.com พร้อมกับแนบรูปหรือคลิปวีดีโอที่เกิดปัญหาเข้ามาด้วย อย่าลืมตั้งหัวอีเมล์ว่า [แจ้งบัค] เพื่อให้ง่ายต่อการตรวจสอบด้วยค่ะ
