Hello. This is a small patch with a new setting and leaderboard changes.

General

• New setting: Hide hit numbers on low fps (Default: On)
• Difficulty multiplier reduced a bit more when dropping health or damage below 100%
• Added Belgium, Kazakhstan, Iceland and New Zealand flags to the leaderboard
