This next week is going to be something extraordinary! Our most visually stunning DLC (according to the social media guy writing this 😄) is releasing next week!

🏯 What's inside House Flipper 2 - Sakura DLC?
We initially promised 300 items, but our 3D artists outdid themselves - we're delivering over 600!
That's right:
600+ Japan-themed items, including furniture, plants, decorations, traditional paper walls, windows, and more!On top of that:- 5 jobs ranging from cozy tearoom to abandoned primary school
- 5 characteristic Japanese houses to renovate
- 5 new buyers interested in traditional Japanese architecture
- 3 variants of a Japanese countryside environment with a springtime Mt. Fuji view
- New collectibles to find
- 3 intricate wooden assemblies
- A set of new, surprising achievements
All the specifics will be in the patch notes on the day of the release!
🏠 What's coming to House Flipper 2 as a free update??
The highlight here has to be
the brand new Buyer System 2.0!
We mentioned that in our recent roadmap, and we can confirm that this feature includes:- Feedback during auctions: likes, dislikes, and comments on your work!
- A bunch of new buyers, and a refreshed version of the old ones!
- Detailed buyer profiles.
- Buyer moodboards.
+ Unlocking specific buyers is now easier too!
Beyond that, we have the long-awaited
empty plots for Story Mode, as well as
more than 100 new items available in the shop!
Those are the highlights, but there's more - like the roof building improvements we promised! You will find all the spicy details in the upcoming patch notes.

📖 New Community Contest Rules!
Whether you're a competitive flipper who brings fresh ideas to community contests, or someone who enjoys following along and admiring the results — this one's for you!
First of all, we'd like to organize something new, something huge - an event that will award the best of the best, and lead to a new level of challenge!
We're talking about a championship-style Community Contest, likely held once a year, where winners from previous contests will go head-to-head.
Second, because of this - and because competition is getting fiercer and prizes are getting bigger - we're thinking about making sure any contest submissions are the work of a single person.
Don't get us wrong - we love seeing flippers team up and bring their A-game, but at the same time, teams going up against solo players is an issue we have to address.
That said, we may occasionally host team-friendly contests if that's something you'd like to see - so let us know!

Oh!.. And we will be starting a brand new Japan-themed Community Contest on the Sakura DLC launch day!
