Steam Achievements added!
There are 40 achievements to unlock, go get 'em!
Also lots of tiny polish effects, like a very juicy hit counter and flying enemies!

* Steam Achievements!
* Added ability to detect multiple controllers and switch between them
* Added Controller Disconnected trigger
* Added Throne building to castle sieges
* Added juicy hit counter
* Added juicy combos on minions
* Knight list now hides when opening map
* Animations are now smoother especially when in slow motion
* Map now automatically hides if Second Chance is triggered
* Fixed Trebuchet providing support when there was no Trebuchet around
* Fixed flag damage sprites
* Fixed special action fire visual not disappearing when unit was stunned
* Fixed units stuck trying to attack through walls
* Fixed Tutorial text on top of Minimap on square resolutions
* Fixed issue where Super Slash would spend bars but not activate
* Fixed Combo Refresh bar saying "Super Self"
* Fixed very odd bug where battle wouldn't end if you used Earthshatter too much
* Fixed Knight intro triggering while Super Slash active
* Fixed Max Knights upgrade level not saving
