Patch v14.23 - Minor Changes, QoL Improvements, and Bug Fixes

[p]Changes:[/p]

[p]Supreme Aliens now also drop regular tech scrolls (they used to only drop supreme scrolls).[/p]
[p]Supreme Aliens can now roll 2x Supreme Scrolls chance.[/p]
[p]Normal Ultimus kills and Supreme Ultimus kills will never both appear as a Daily Mission on the same day.[/p]
[p]Increased offline wave progress speed (only increased the waves passed, not your resources gained).[/p]

[p][/p][p]QoL Improvements:[/p]

[p]Added shrink/expand icons to the Hero Build and Synergy menu headers.[/p]
[p]Made several server-side changes that will help me as the developer, but you won't notice anything :).[/p]

[p][/p][p]Bug Fixes:[/p]

[p]Removed confetti particle effects on Prestige, as it may have been causing a crash for some players.[/p]
[p]Fixed several minor UI issues.[/p]
