This is our first PCVR title and we are sorry to bring you a bad experience with our game.

How to pass the first "Hold Menu button on VIVE controller" screen with Quest controller or Index controller?
You can hold B button on your right hand to pass this screen. We only have VIVE controller's UIs currently, so no matter which type of controller you are using, the game will display a VIVE Wand UI.
We will update in the next patch.

Left Hand:
Stick:move X:change weapon/hold to open inventory Y:game menu Trigger:fire
Right Hand:
Stick:rotate A:change weapon/hold to open inventory B:hold to recenter Trigger:fire

Does the game support roomscale or rotate with real-life body?
Currently no. Sorry about that. Currently, the game can only be played while sitting or standing still and rotating with the controller. However, we will try to add support for roomscale and rotating with real-life body. If we managed to accomplish it, it'll be in our next patch.

How to throw a grenade?
You can hold trigger then wield controller and loose trigger simultaneously to throw a grenade.

Wrists have to be bent downwards
You can try changing Gesture Mode in Settings to Leisure.

Subtitles are too small
We will fix it in next patch.
