Indie Game Battle v1.78 released!

Hey everyone!

IGB v1.78 is out! Adds some music, but also some other things like improved effects. Here's the changelog:

**Additions**
-Added 2 new tracks to the Newgrounds stage. Now the stage has it's own music.
-Added 1 new track to the Water Temple stage.
-Added Wizard's intro animation.

**Changes & Improvements**
-The Dragon's Shrine stage now has it's own skybox from Emblem itself.
-Matt's down smash has been changed entirely, and is now a brand new move.
-A majority of Matt, Aria, Huey, and Chip's attacks now have updated effects, making them look more unique as well as more powerful.
-Matt's forward smash and up smash animations are now faster to give them some more weight and power visually.
-Aria's up smash and down smash animations are now faster to give them some more weight and power visually.
-Updated the entrance effect for the TLoTA characters.
-Rex's down smash now has a screenshake.
-Gip's alternate neutral special and down special now have a screenshake with strength varying on how long you charge them.
-Damage text may now show decimal numbers, giving more accurate info.
-Damage text now floats upwards quicker, and may move further to the sides as well.
-Updated the banners in the background of the The Arena stage with the new TLoTA renders.

**Fixes**
-Fixed bug where fire and poison damage would show in HP instead of damage % regardless of what option you set the damage text to show.

**Balancing**
*Buffs*
-Matt's forward smash and up smash now come out a little bit quicker.
-Matt's forward air now lasts a bit longer.
-Matt's side special and neutral special animations are quicker, giving less endlag and startup.
-Matt's tilt animations are now quicker, giving less startup.

*Nerfs*
-Matt's forward air now comes out a bit later to fit the animation.
-Matt's up air now lasts a bit shorter to fit the animation.
-Matt's tilts now last shorter.
