A quick-fix for World Domination has been released which introduces the following features:

• Infected decay over time, damaging them and reducing their movement speed.
• Cities have a cooldown on military reinforcements, fixing infinite generation of military forces which in some cases crashed the game.
• Players can now zoom in and out using the scroll wheel.
