This patch fixes several problems reported by the game's community.

- fixed not all weapon mod unlocks carrying over to New game+
- fixed an unclimbable window on Pablo's hideout
- fixed bad frames on suppressed pistol interact animation
- adjusted how goons pick cover during combat
- russian localization updates
