Hey folks!

This small patch fixes two minor issues.

Version 1.3.33:
- fixed damage comparison incorrectly comparing shotgun damage to other weapons
- (MAP EDITOR) fixed some of the textboxes having a minimum value of 0, making it impossible to enter non-1 values
