Hotfix Update 2014

Hello again everyone just getting out some quick fixes on the latest update!

• Fix for sniper reticles not equipping
• New unlocks will appear in Team Select inventory
• Frame rate limit on Main Menu so your computer doesn't take off
• Fix for Yellow HammerHead skin
• Vote card closing fix
• Muzzle smoke removed from a bunch of items that didn't need it
• Simplified arrest logic
• Sniper pickup double graphics fix
