This Patch contains some updates and fixes for the 2024 Season 2 Release.

This patch is focused on fixing a critical headlight issue ahead of the 24 Hours of the Nürburgring. It also includes some zippy and crash prevention measures.

SIMULATION:

Audio

• Fixed a crash issue when the XAudio device fails.

Physics

• Some additional protections for unrealistic physics values for friction torque have been added to prevent “zippy” events.
• Some additional protections for unrealistic physics values for wheel, rim, and tire impact torques have been added to prevent “zippy” events.

Rendering

• Reduced issues with headlights that caused them to not light the environment properly.

CARS:

Dallara IR18

• iRacing setups have been renamed to correctly function with the autoload feature.
