Features- New settings for fullscreen mode and pixel scaling options
- Dialog options don't get hidden if you haven't got enough money for them but are still shown greyed-out
- WASD and Space Bar controls for the hospital scene
Fixes- Fixed a crash after the ant chase scene
- Fixed a bug where the second page of the notebook was shown too early
- Minor fixes and typo corrections
