Patch Notes

By popular demand I've added the following features:

• You can now zoom out on the map with the mouse scroll wheel or by pressing space.
• The settings are now also available from the pause menu.
• Stashing a weapon no longer consumes an action point. Rather you can't stash a weapon when you have no action points left. This should be more intuitive behavior.

And a few minor fixes and corrected typos.
