Major demo update!

As requested by the players: starter deck drafting was added to the game.
The "random cards" starter deck was removed (it was not really popular, as you had to reroll it a lot to get something interesting) and in it's place a "draft your custom deck" option was added!



There will be some experimentation with this in the future, but for now the card options in the draft are totally random (with a small twist of having the ability to pick 1 upgraded card in the draft).

Randomization of Tech Quizes and Meeting was also finally added to the demo (in previous demo version was always had the same questions/'random meetings').
