Improvements

Mechanics

- [p]Ball-jumps now make the character jump at 60% of total jump power instead of 100%[/p]
- [p]Ball-jumps now apply 40% more force to the ball[/p]

- [p]Rescaled all characters jumping, which is now higher, but they also fall faster[/p]
