In our recent New Rotation System - Dev Blog, we stated that we aimed to publish the list of permanent cards in late April.

We want to provide a quick update on that timing. The list will now be published in early May, with the current target being next week.

This list defines which cards will remain permanently in the active pool as part of the new rotation system.
