Patch 001 - Bug fixes and small quality of life features

Quality of life features:
  • Level end screens now show the name of the level
  • Leaderboards will only show two banners if they are different and will now only show one otherwise

Bug fixes:
  • Crashes should be fixed or at least reduced in frequency
  • Leaderboard banners will now correctly show the next rank and not just 1st place
  • If getting a time exactly the same as a medal it will now always unlock that medal
  • Level select will not visually glitch when exactly three levels are unlocked in a stage
