Several bug fix.
[Reported matter]
*Modified so that you can get the postcards you do not
have priority.
*Fixed an achievement condition for "Conquer the Country".
(If you've already satisfied the condition, it unlock
the achievement when you win whoever on collection mode.)
*Fixed a bug that sound does not play after "Koi-Koi".
*Fixed a bug that game speed has been reset after
returning from pause.

[Others]
*Added new sounds.
*Put a mark on the "Oya".

幾つかの不具合を修正致しました。
[報告頂いたもの]
・コレクションモードで取得していない絵葉書が優先的に
手に入るようにしました。
・「全国制覇」のアチーブメント条件を修正しました。
（既に条件を満たしているのに実績解除されていない場合は、
コレクションモードで誰かに勝利すれば解除されます）
・こいこい後のBGMが再生されないバグを修正しました。
・進行速度がリセットされるバグを修正しました。

[その他]
・新しいSEを追加しました。
・現在どちらが親かを表す目印を付けました。
