V0.53

A few small changes.

-There is now a Motion Blur toggle in the settings
-Motion Blur and VSync are on by default (both can be turned off in settings)
-Fixed a small bug where the Molotov bottle would make Krampus glitch out
-Fixed a bug where the wrong music would randomly play on the secret final boss
-The arm texture on the hand has been slightly improved
