- Lowered Tenant No-Fines Wall damage from 400 psi to 250 psi

- Lout Tenants now hang outside the Anchor Tavern when not renting and the Job Centre is closed
- Fixed evening storm fog turning the sky black
- Fixed Tenants paying an extra days rent if you moved them out on the first day of tenancy and then moved them back in
- Eyelids now present for TV Set settings set to off
- Fixed issue with Tenant Satisfaction UI not updating on load

I think this update should be close to what you'll see in the Main Branch release now. We're going with calling the update the Lout update, and it should be out end of the month (barring any serious issues popping up).

Some changes to the rental loop. Tenants now do a lot less overall damage, meaning less angry tenants and a slower, more gradual property value decline. You can also now ask tenants to move out before anything breaks, allowing you to fix minor issues without losing Tenant satisfaction.

Anyway, close to getting the update and moving onto the next phase of development!
