We have identified an issue where some Managers are experiencing abnormal displays of in-game text, images, and other resources.

Upon conducting a service monitoring process, we have confirmed that this issue occurred due to an error in resource downloads between Oct. 30th (Thu) 12:00 – 12:30 (KST).

We have confirmed that the issue has been stabilized as of Oct. 30th (Thu) 12:30 (KST), however, if you are still experiencing the same issue, we kindly ask that you completely close and restart the game to check whether the issue persists.

If the issue continues even after restarting, please contact our Customer Support with your device information so that we can further investigate and apply necessary fixes.
