Notice: Temporary Measure for the Theater Function Issue after the Jan. 8th Scheduled Update

Hello, this is Project Moon.

We have identified an issue where Chapter 9 stories can be accessed through the Theater function even when the corresponding Stages have not been cleared.
Please refer below for the details of the temporary measure we have implemented to address the issue.

[Issue Detail]
- An issue where, if the Theater is accessed after clearing more than one Stage of Chapter 9 between 2025/12/31 12:00 ~ 2026/1/8 10:00, all stories of Chapter 9 become unlocked
- Please note that depending on individual cases, this issue may occur for the other Main Story chapters as well.

[ Causes ]
- After we updated the "Fixed an issue where, if the player used the Skip Combat function in Canto 4, the story remained inaccessible via the "Theater" window" issue, we added a new logic to synchronize the Theater progression with your Stage progression.
- We have identified an issue where, in this logic, if there are any discrepancies between the total number of Canto 9 Stages last saved on our servers & the total number of Canto 9 Stages in each local client, the game would unlock all Canto 9 Stages for viewing in the Theater tab.

[ Measures ]
- We have addressed the issue so that, even if there are discrepancies between the information on our server and the clients, the game would determine the Theater tab unlock progress based on the actual Canto progress data on each respective local client.
- For now, we have prioritized fixing this issue for Canto 9 and deployed a temporary fix; in the next Scheduled Update, this issue will be fixed for all other chapters as well.

[ Temporary Fix Deployment Time ]
- 2026. 01. 08 16:00(KST)
- This fix was deployed without a Hotfix download or a new version update.

[ Additional Gameplay Notes ]

※ Please note that this issue may harm the player's immersion by making the story scenes accessible for stages that haven't been cleared yet.
If this issue has occurred in other main story Stages outside Canto 9, please clear at least one Story Stage of the respective Canto prior to enjoying its Main Story.

We are also investigating the other issues that have been identified after the Jan. 8th Scheduled Update, and will share a list of them in an additional "Known Issues" notice as soon as they are compiled.
