■ Patch Info

With the new update the following issue has been fixed:

・On monitors with 4:3 aspect ratio or square monitors, in full-screen mode the game freezed in the system menu

This issue was due to problems in the last patch.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

■ For users of Windows "N" and "KN"

European and South Korean versions of Windows "N" and "KN" don't include
system packs needed to run the game and therefore show the error
message "An unhandled win32 exception occurred".
Please download the "Media Feature Pack" of your "Windows N" or "Windows KN" edition (different feature packs for each windows version) at the "Microsoft support" website and install the missing features.
