Added "PNG8 Format" support when exporting image files

• You can save a lot on file size compared to a typical PNG by reducing the available colors to 256. This is called "PNG8 Format," and the OPTPiX Color Reduction Engine we're using to support this format is a popular choice among game developers.

Expanded "Change Color" functionality

• Added the ability to select "this color" or "not this color" under "Transparent Area" when utilizing the "Make specified color transparent" function.

Expanded "Change Face" functionality

• "Mouth Position," "Mouth Width," and "Mouth Height" have been given a much wider range of options.

Other changes and improvements

• Added "300%" to the zoom ratio on the edit screen.
• Removed "600 dot" and "800 dot" options from the Export Image File's "Output Size" selections, instead replacing them with "1400 dot" and "1600 dot."
