Changes:
- New 'Harvest Hills' city, with a lot of new special vehicles, some animals, and a Tornado generator
- New Generate City option: Last city in the selection now lets you select what kind of city (suburb, downtown, rural, more to come), and the size, to randomly generate a new one
- Optimizations: should be a lot faster in general, and also very fast when not zoomed out on the entire city
- Can now take over humans (which at moment is kinda pointless, but still there), and cows
- Fixed weird 'always going left' XboxOne on windows 10 gamepad issue
- Bunch of new cars, humans, and other random things
