Jeff (Wheel Thief) Adjustments:
- Increased Jeff’s health from 80 → 200 so he’s less likely to be accidentally killed and duplicated everywhere.
- Jeff will now drop the wheel and run away covering his head when hit. Previously this only happened with headshots, which made recovering the wheel unnecessarily difficult.

Accessibility:
- Added a new “Camera Effects” section to the settings menu, allowing players to disable things like head bob, sway, camera tilt, breathing effects, and more for motion sickness and comfort.
