This update fixes:

- arms confiscation event do not pop up when you have no arms.
- lowering the propability of the new negative events (food spoilage, woodworm etc.)
- fixed the issue when alt-tabbing between the windows corrupted the sound in game
- fixed error in the Clatus de Vaar quest
- other minor bugs and problems
