Patch many, patch small, patch often

V1.05 is now live

  • Increased Torpedoes' minimum firing range from 4 to 6
  • Tweaked 'explodey spinny mothership' factor - also added some logging so I can debug it further
  • Added some in-world hints as to where you shouldn't be when the MS is considering spawning
  • Leaderboard, uh, leaders are now displayed at the start of each game
  • Added Vibration On/Off option to the settings menu
  • Pad will no longer vibrate when the game is paused
  • Mouse cursor should now be visible, as per Internet request
