Several improvements and bugfixes for DLC
Car Scrapyard Expansion:
- Fixed the problem where the tow truck would get stuck on container stairs
- Fixed the problem that junkyard containers could not be emptied by the in-game laptop menu
- Lower volume for sound effects of the material handler and tow trucks
