  • Added 'Quick Reference' Guide to the title screen and in-game
  • Added a glow effect to the background in-game
  • Removed the 'Your Turn' dialog. The current player is now signalled by different coloured particle effects and the background glow colour
  • Added 'Fast Mode'. Increases the draw speed of the field, as well as transitional animations between turns
  • Added an optional dialog to inform the player if they have Advancements they can use, if they attempt to end their turn without first using them
  • Edges of a Player's Field will now glow to indicate if an off-screen Advancement can be used
  • Added a new dialog to allow the player to select which Spirit token to spend when purchasing a Vale Card which allows any type of Spirit token to be used to purchase it
  • Added SFX to the particle effects which play when earning resources

Changes, Improvements and Fixes


  • AI: AI will now treat Ferile Soil as a last resort (cannot buy anything else, and pushing is deemed too much of a risk for the extra Mana)
  • AI: AI will now push more often on Hard difficulty
  • UI: Pause Dialog will now animate in/out
  • UI: VP Pool will now glow when the amount of remaining VP tokens is low
  • UI: Resource counters will now only turn grey when you have 0 of a given token
  • UI: Player HUD will now automatically switch back to the Player field after purchasing a Vale Card
  • UI: Fixed an issue where Advancement tooltips were not appearing in the results screen
  • UI: Fixed an issue where long player names could overflow into other text elements in-game
  • UI: 'Spoiled' message has been moved to the player action buttons (Push, Pass, End Turn buttons)
  • UI: Tweaked the glow effect for usable Advancements to help improve visibility
  • Tutorial: Tweaked the wording of a few tutorial steps to improve clarity
