This update includes:

[*]The game timer will not reset when placing cue ball, to prevent players from extending the shot time indefinitely by constantly "Rearranging Cue Ball". (Thanks to Bob Snodgrass for the feedback)
[*]Fixed a bug where the next player could not get the ball-in-hand correctly when the player timed out. (Thanks to Devon Bennett, Bobby Boucher for the feedback)
