A new major gameplay mechanic has been added - reporting avarice criminals. Players can interact with the world in more ways, and customers will try to buy goods from the player more strategically.

New Feature

✨ Players can now report customers for being too greedy! The Ajik city goes for a wild hunt on Avarice Criminals.


✨ Events and haggle situations related to the avarice criminal report system has been added.


✨ Using cards during a conversation is now possible. The card will not be used immediately but put aside in a queue and used as soon as the ongoing conversation is finished.


✨ Customers looking to buy will now try to negotiate purchase more strategically.

✨ Two more soundtracks have been added for the time spent in the store working.

Improvements

🛠 Frame drops when customers enter the store have been addressed by optimizing customer appearance load and unload.

❗ Font breaking in low resolutions or some aspect ratios has been fixed.

🎨 Added more street events.

🎨 The sky now moves according to the time of day in the store.

🎨 A wake-up scene has been added instead of the previous go-to-sleep scene.

🎨 The elevator will now spawn where the player is, so you don't have to wait for it anymore.

🐛 Some speech bubble texts containing '-' character were not being rendered properly. This has now been fixed.

🐛 Borrowing or paying back loans during a customer event resulted in its being undone as soon as the customer left. This issue has now been resolved.

🐛 Fixed an issue where the jewel inspection tool will not play its animation playing properly.

🐛 Fixed an issue where a pointer click during the use of the jewel inspection tool broke the tool.

🐛 Improved layer order issues between the street characters.

Known Issues

⚠️ Players can enter the store during an ongoing street event in front of the store entrance, possibly breaking the game.

⚠️ Some street interactions or speech bubbles interrupt and destroy other event speech bubbles.

Sneak Peek 0.5.0

In the upcoming 0.5.0 update, players will be able to enter other stores in the street, making interactions that impact both the gameplay and story!
