Feature: Nofio Head and DP Sink Link Training Improvement

• Our method of negotiating the video link between the nofio head unit and the Valve Index via the Oculink cable has been improved.
• This will reduce the amount of noise over the link, reducing perceived sparkles/graininess on the displays.
