WIFI drivers update and stability improvements

- QCA2066 Driver Update
- Config updates
- This should reduce CPU utilisation on the head device.
- It should also reduce severity of latency spikes on the head device.

Updated drivers and optimised configs will result in minor improvements to stability and performance of the wireless connection.

Its intention apart from the wireless module driver update, is to lay foundation for the next update which tackles the 'red screen' issue on the head side.
