Version 1.7 Preview
Noir Syndrome Version 1.7 will be releasing within the next week or so. Like the last update, this is going to be another big one. A lot of the new features, including progressing past badge unlocks, revolve around challenge points. Therefore, I've added additional ways to collect them. There is also an all new area with a new job to take on and matching costumes.

New Features:
- New location added: Post Office
- New item added: Postal Receipt
- Players who find the postal receipt can take package delivery jobs at the Post Office
- Delivering packages to people rewards money, a non-violent alternative to the Hunt Club
- 2 new costumes added (unlocked by completing jobs, not collecting costume scraps)
- Every 1 challenge point earned now also increases starting hunger by 2
Gameplay Changes:
- Closing a case on hard mode awards 1 additional challenge point
- Closing a case on impossible mode awards 2 additional challenge points
- Hitmen show up very rarely on normal mode, sometimes not at all
- Hitmen fire their first bullet slower then before to give the player more time to react
- Hostile NPCs will delay their first attack slightly to allow the player to make better decisions
Fixes and Improvements:
- Added small floating icons over the player when investigate or shoot is pressed
- Added "Jobs Completed" and "Job Cash Earned" to the Statistics screen
- Changed "Clue" to "Item" in the Notebook as job items are also in the list
- NPCs now properly calm down after a while in Sandbox Dinner Party mode
- Players can no longer starve to death in the tutorial
- Minor AI improvements
- Minor bug fixes
