[p][/p][p]Hello,
We know how important quality-of-life improvements are for your gaming experience. While we always try to squeeze in a few little enhancements of this type with each larger patch, in this update we wanted to place the focus on the thing that makes NosTale so amazing – on you, the players.
Raids are the most common activity in the game, yet we know how tedious some things can be. That’s why we wanted to introduce some meaningful improvements with this update, concentrating on quality-of-life features for raids.
Look forward to the following QoL improvements in the update:[/p]
- [p]Added a 63-slot raid inventory, which can be found in the top-right of the inventory.[/p]
- [p]Added a 20-slot mount inventory, which can be found under the additional inventories.[/p]
- [p]Added an option which allows you to automatically open up to 999 raid boxes in succession. Double-click on a raid box and then decide how many you want to open.[/p]
- [p]Added an option to quickly invite raid members from the previous raid team.[/p]
- [p]This option is only available to the raid team leader.[/p]
- [p]Only works if the team size is the same or smaller than the previous raid.[/p]
- [p]Added two new settings:[/p]
- [p]You now have the option to toggle the damage, healing and bleeding effects inflicted by other players.[/p]
- [p]You can now toggle various visual effects from other players including:[/p]
- [p]SP wings[/p]
- [p]+16–20 SP upgrade effects[/p]
- [p]Mount visual effects[/p]
- [p]Rune animations[/p]
- [p]Partner S-skill glow effects[/p]
- [p]Equipment upgrades[/p]
- [p]Smileys[/p]
[p]
But these aren’t the only changes we’re introducing, we will also have a further round of SP balancing changes. Specialist cards are one of the major features which make NosTale so unique and enjoyable. Over the past 18 years, many new specialist cards have been introduced, and some of the older ones have gotten a little long in the tooth and suffered over the passage of time. This includes the 5th generation of specialist cards, which will be the main focus of these SP balancing changes, but a few other specialists which have been somewhat overpowered in recent years will also be tweaked to produce a more level playing field.
The following specialists will be updated:[/p]
- [p]Fire Cannoneer[/p]
- [p]Gladiator[/p]
- [p]Volcano[/p]
- [p]Scout[/p]
- [p]Seer[/p]
- [p]Dark Gunner[/p]
- [p]Hydraulic Fist[/p]
[p]All changes can be found here:

We’ve seen your suggestions and feedback on this issue, but it is not something that can be solved in one fell swoop. Remediating this issue will be a longer process that takes place bit by bit, and we’ll take the first step with this update by reducing the gold which can be found in Zenas and Erenia’s raids. Our data shows that these raids have generated the most gold over recent months. While this may seem like a drastic decision, we believe is the right act to take in order to maintain a healthy economy in the future.
