Fixes:
- angle grinder measure tooltip for 21:9
- radio should preserve state across all devices and should perorm full loop
- welding SAM cuttable plane should no longer send our SAM into abyss (if you already lost your SAM and don't want to start new game you can try first to build new sam in SAM guidebook and then use car tow serwice near junkyard, circle building, to move SAM near garage)
- SAMpaintable plates unmount through SAM guidebook option "unmount all weldables" should work (paintable plates are spawned in exact number as welded, cuttable plates are always spawned as one 2mX2m sheet)
- SAM seat adjustment in back direction has been fixed, if your save games are already affected you can build new SAM through guidebook
- when getting out from SAM it wiil no longer count SAM itself as obstacle, preventing from undocking (this prevents player to be blocked by pipes welded near driver seat)
- pipes cutted from SAM chassis have correct type now (previously all of them were fi2 when mounted in vice)
- OHV Serial Number Plate is saved properly and can be added to inventory. If you lost your Serial Number Plate you can use new option in "Help, I'm stuck" menu
- infinite spawn of one of the items on map fixed
- OHV breaks adjusted, they shouldn't brake so hard now
- Battery Charger can be bought in Car Shop (option for people who accidentally lost charger)
