-set vSync to on by default so that the game does not demand all your resources, since it will be limited to a number of fps. If you dont want vsync we suggest using the fps limiter setting as well!
-for the same reason we've set the max fps limiter slider to 250 instead of 500
-switched the input to reload keep mag to single R tap, and reload throw mag to double R tap, since that is the correct behaviour
-increased scroll speed in all scroll rects due to feedback
-various small bug fixes and performance improvements
