Effect animation setting has more detailed.

Added new animation parameters.

- ShowDuration : Seconds that are consumed to show effect since the thumbstick was inputted.
- KeepDuration : Seconds that are consumed to keep showing effect since the thumbstick was no inputted.
- HideDuration : Seconds that are consumed to hide effect after keep time.
("AnimationTimer" parameter is removed.)



You can now set animation like "Show effect rapidly, then keep some time and hide it slowly".
