Now you can set the percentage from "Settings > Fixed Effect (beta)" to make effects fixed. If you set 50% to fixed, the effect is visible with no input as 50% at the effect animation. When you input thumbsticks then effects start to shrink from 50% to 100%. It's a test feature currently, please send feedback on the steam forum ːsteamhappyː
