0.9.1_b fixes a few minor bugs and adds more polish (credit to mandar1jn for reporting!)

Polish + Balance:

• Fixed a rendering bug that caused boxes to flicker on lower settings
• Joining a match in the new map will now properly display as "Match: Dragon Valley" in the menu
• Damaging enemies with the respawn invincibility no longer plays the kill animation
• Disabling details now disables slightly fewer objects
• Some optimisations ~8% fps boost
