This is a minor update that addresses some issues:

[*]custom music in mod tracks should work for all players in online multiplayer now
[*]performance issues with the multiplayer lobby after playing a race should be fixed now
[*]mod tracks can now elect to allow endurance mode or disallow it using a setting in info.cfg for the track
[*]when choosing custom colors for a car, the darkest of the selected colors is used for the car's number now to improve readability
[*]improved the UI for the track select page when there are lots of options (the dots become a simple X/Y page indicator)
