Hello!

This is a short but quite important update for all voxel artists and devs!

• Avatar hair limits have been increased and it's now possible to cover ears and eyes.
• Developers can now publish open-source modules on GitHub.com

Appart from that, this version only contains general bug fixes and optimizations.
