Based off feedback from our new reloading system we have made a few minor adjustments.

Patch Notes:
-Added WIP weapons to the modern shooting range (VSS, Scar, Kross, RPG, AR9, Galil)
-Added buffer allow hand let go slightly sooner on the magazines
-Adjusted reloading mechanics to all pistols
-Adjusted Uzi reloading mechanics
