Improvements:
- Building depots & factories auto open the item/recipe picking panel (only on the first depot you build, then it keeps the same item)
- UI Scale option. Changed by default for QHD/4K/etc resolution
- Tutorial : add steps for building a second depot and an assembly plant.

Balance:
- Level 5 obj set to 350 people instead of 300 (so you don't get it within the demo)
- Reduce the probability of the city expansion "over" player constructions, make the city shape a bit more chaotic, do not stop on destroyed buildings, improve perfs

Bugs fix:
- Fix cities flashing between green & red at 1000 pop (and making the drones dancing)
- Fix 5% loading freeze
- fix duplicated city names
- fix depots arrows not updated when duplicating an item
- Fix roads/rails duplication UI bug

Minor:
- Line selection : highlight the origin or destination if selected
- tooltips : adding shift in +/- lines
- Some texts change
- remove Portuguese language (the translated langage is Portuguese-Brazil)
- Localization update
- Help pages: various changes, images update
