This small patch addresses a player found item and makes a couple other adjustments to the stores.

Fixes

[*]The purple glass pumpkin could not be placed anywhere. The only way to release it was to put the glove back onto the tool stand.

Adjustments

[*]Adjusted the rules that govern how stores are stocked in order to ensure that some seasonal items get a chance to show up. For example, items from the Halloween pack were not being stocked in the Park Slope vintage store.
